Please do not ask to see ISIN until you pass compliance. This Transaction is Desk to Desk and all information will be shown once compliance has been achieved. You will be welcome to see complete screen shots of all items for Sale unless it has not been made cut  or some SS MTN that are in the proceeds of being cut by the bank you have chosen.

I have arranged for all paperwork to be sent only to the compliance officer or the providers attorney to protect your information to be shown to anyone but the seller or their compliance officer or their attorney.

-         New Issue:  26+2 – 32+2 (Submit RWA)

-         Slightly Seasoned:  60+2 – 75+2 (Submit RWA)

-         Seasoned / Trading:  85+2 – 98+2 (Submit RWA)

Program 1

Fresh Cut MTN

Fresh Cut (FC) MTN programs that should meet you clients needs, all are 10 year notes and coupons 5% or better. Minimum is 5 B contract to 20 B.  We can arrange exit buyers that will buy everything you purchase at 20 points more than what you paid. Euroclear will be used for all settlements.

Buying MTN From a Tier 1 Trade Desk

Only 2 things need to get started and they both go to the compliance officer of the desk.

You will fill out an LOI/RWA with what you want to purchase & ideal coupon rate minimum.  Example 5% or better or whatever you desire.  The higher the coupon rate, the harder to buy.  And the price range or target price. 

1. BCL Bank Capability Letter / Purchase MTN, Annual Contract

(Your bank officer to you) Verbiage should be addressed to Bank’s Account Holder/Signatory and include following declarations:

Program 3

You can buy FC/SS/S MTN from one provider.  The pricing starts in the 30’s for FC and the 40’s to 60’s for SS and S in the start in the 60’s to 80’s. You will have to show a minimum of 150 M cash to start purchasing that is only must show funds for the 1st tranche.  (Your choice of any of the top banks which you want to buy from)

CIS

The CIS (Client Information Sheet) should be completed. Enclosed you will find a Client CIS as well as Company CIS

RWA

Attached is a basic RWA template that can be customized per your appetite. The Seller is requesting that all information regarding the details of purchase be included and outlined in the RWA.

The client may set up 500m tranches with Rolls & Extensions.. The client may purchase the contract of choice.. 50B MTN for example..

Genealogy

All parties should be included in the genealogy and this will need to be submitted with the package. The package will not be considered without all documents being submitted.

Make the RWA out to:  Paul Tam Sing / Global Group.  Paul is a director and works for the trade desk.  When you send over a RWA with desk information and a description of exactly what type of MTN’s you would like to purchase. This will be forwarded to (encrypted email), then the trade desk will reach out directly and put together the exact package your desk is looking for including ISIN and all the details regarding the securities available for purchase.

All Forms will be emailed to end buyer directly.
